Attorney Pricing

Missouri's Meehan Law Firm has flexible and reasonable legal representation pricing for criminal cases. Misdemeanors are typically handled for less than $1,000, depending upon the seriousness of the offense. We require a down payment on your case, but typically you can work out a 60- or 90-day payment plan. In felony cases, the criminal defense lawyer pricing is larger, but typically can be handled for less than $3,000. We generally require one-third of the fee upfront to ensure representation throughout. 

In addition to our fees, there are typically bond requirements in felony cases that are not paid for by the attorney. You should use a cash bond and not a bondsman, because you are not refunded the money you pay them. If you use your own cash, however, you can obtain a refund of that money at the conclusion of your case. You can also apply that bond money to any unpaid legal fees.

Federal crimes are the most expensive because of their complexity and the compressed time schedule in which they are resolved. The goal of the Meehan Law Firm is to provide quality legal representation at an affordable price. The outcome in a criminal case is largely dependent upon the skill and experience of your attorney.
